Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days excluding weekends and public holidays after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders are processed and shipped on weekdays only, and no orders are shipped on weekends.
You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
During high volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times
Standard Shipping Domestic: 3 to 7 business days
Express Shipping Domestic: 1 to 3 business days
International Shipping: 7 to 15 business days depending on destination
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

We currently ship to most locations within India and select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.
Customs Duties and Taxes for International Orders

Delays and Lost Packages
Prime Peptide is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or events beyond our control. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the courier directly first. If you still need assistance, reach out to us and we will help where possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Prime Peptide is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at info@primepeptide.in.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate solution where applicable.
