Shipping Policy

Prime Peptide ships to most locations within India and selected international destinations. Available services and charges are shown at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take longer. A shipping confirmation is sent after dispatch.

Estimated delivery

  • Standard domestic shipping: 3 to 7 business days.
  • Express domestic shipping: 1 to 3 business days.
  • International shipping: 7 to 15 business days, depending on destination.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Courier delays, customs processing, weather and other events outside our control can affect delivery.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent after dispatch. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

International orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import charges. These are set by the destination authorities and are the customer's responsibility.

Address changes and delivery issues

Check your delivery address before submitting the order. If you notice an error, contact info@primepeptide.in immediately. If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, contact the courier first and then email us if further assistance is needed.

Damaged orders

Report visible damage within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
