All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days excluding weekends and public holidays after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders are processed and shipped on weekdays only, and no orders are shipped on weekends.

Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Information

All Prime Peptide products are manufactured to meet a minimum purity standard of 99%. If any product does not meet the 99% purity criteria, customers are eligible for a 100% refund of the order amount. Supporting lab reports may be provided upon request to verify product quality and purity.
Approved Refunds
If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 10 business days after the return has been inspected and approved.
