Order Processing and Dispatch
Orders are generally dispatched within 24–48 hours after the order is confirmed.
During unusually high-volume periods, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control, dispatch may take slightly longer.
You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Delivery Estimates
After dispatch, transit across India typically takes 1–4 days.
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, remote delivery locations, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Delays and Lost Packages
Prime Peptide is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances outside our reasonable control. If tracking shows that an order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier first. If you still require assistance, contact us and we will help where possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping information is correct before completing your order. Prime Peptide is not responsible for orders delivered or attempted to be delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
